Well,
Arguments is part and parcel of life, right? Have you ever given any thought on the aftermath of an argument? Obviously I have :p
Sometimes, when I daydream after an argument, I'd mentally rehash the conversation in my daydream, fine-tuning and improving my performance. In my fantasized version, I make the perfect comeback remark and score the debate-winning point, and then I'd have a silent lamentation in my mind for not coming up with all this brilliance during the argument.
The end.

Balancing Act
There's the usual stuff I juggle in my life. Family, friends, studies, church. Now I've gone and dug myself a grave. I'm working. My finals just around the corner, but I'm simply not stirring from my slumber. I'm worrying myself. If it makes sense. Anyway, job or no job, I gotta give my studies priority above all else for the next 3months. Not to say I'm quitting my part time job, certainly NOT!!!
Just gotta balance it out. That's right.

Dear uncle from the land down under,
Contrary to what u might conceived from the title, I ain't addressing a zombie.
Fact is, we're having an old Australian friend of my dad staying over in our house for 3nights before he heads to KL. Tonight's his last night here and boy am I gonna miss him. What started out as a lil' piano playing to entertain him on the 1st day turned into a karaoke session that stretched into midnight. With me trying my level best to play (with googled chords) some oldies I have never even think of attempting b4, n him singing into my lousy attempt but enjoying it very much. He'd request a song, I'd google it on my iPad n we'd both attempt it together. Funny how both of us glued ourselves to the iPad! Hahah dun think I'd ever try songs like 'Mr.piano man' and the sorts ever again. :p
Anyway, what came from him the very next morn is another song request.. .. .. ..by Adele!!! Fancy an uncle in his 50s keeping up with musics that top charts!! Haha my dad wouldn't have had the slightest clue who Adele is. In fact, I didn't know she has a song called set fire to the rain if it wasn't for unc.
All in all, it was really enjoyable to have him here. Guest of the year I'd say (though it's only Feb rite now :P), most kind and gentlemanly.
PS: I almost lost a bet (involving a precious plate of char kuey tiao!!) to him. Who would have known Avril Lavigne is not from Australia huh?? She look Australian. Hahaha but I didn't lose, ALMOST. Cuz she's not American either :P Canadian apparently. Now THAT is music to my ears. Hehe.
