Formalities and doctrine of Rouchefoucauld v Boustead

Hurting eyes. Massive headache. Why in the world did I take it upon myself to read it? 30pages of garbling nonsense! I'm not even sure if I'd be using a fraction of it for my exam.
It's been almost 3hours. Oh well, 4more pages to go.
